The Webmail add-on uses IMAP, which means it synchronizes with your mail server; it doesn't move or delete emails from the server. You can use it alongside your existing email client (Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Outlook desktop, etc.) without conflicts. Changes made in either client (reading, moving, deleting) are reflected in both.
No hard limit. You can add as many email accounts as you need: one for each department, team member, or purpose. Each account operates independently with its own connection and folder structure. Performance depends on your server resources and the volume of email in each account.
