Not every market has widespread access to online payment gateways, and not every customer is comfortable paying with a credit card online. The Offline Payment plugin for LaraClassifier gives you a flexible way to accept bank transfers, cash deposits, checks, money orders, or any manual payment method. Users submit their payment details, you verify receipt, and approve the transaction from your admin panel. It is the simplest way to start accepting payments, especially in markets where traditional banking is still the primary payment channel.

Full Control Over the Payment Process

With offline payments, you maintain complete control over the verification and approval process. Configure custom payment instructions that are displayed to users at checkout, including your bank account details, accepted payment locations, or any specific requirements. When a user submits a payment, the order is placed in a pending state until you manually confirm receipt. This workflow is ideal for businesses that need to verify payments before activating premium listings or subscriptions.

• Configurable Instructions: Customize the payment instructions shown to users at checkout. Include your bank account number, branch details, accepted payment methods, reference format, or any information your customers need to complete their payment.
• Admin Approval Workflow: Every offline payment goes through a manual verification process. Review pending payments in your admin panel, confirm receipt, and approve or reject transactions. Users are notified automatically when their payment status changes.
• No Gateway Fees: Since payments are processed outside of any online gateway, there are no per-transaction fees or monthly charges from a payment provider. You keep 100% of each payment, minus only your bank's standard transfer fees if applicable.

How It Works

1. Install & Set Instructions: Install the Offline Payment plugin from your admin panel, then configure your payment instructions. Add your bank details, accepted payment locations, reference format, and any other information your customers need.
2. Users Submit Payments: At checkout, users select the offline payment option and receive your custom instructions. They make the payment through their bank or chosen method and the order is placed in a pending state awaiting your verification.
3. Verify & Approve: Check your bank account for the payment, then approve the transaction from your admin panel. The user's listing or subscription is activated immediately upon approval and they receive a confirmation notification.
