Categories
Define service categories for quote submissions (e.g., Core App Customization, Add-on Development, Theme Development, New Project).
Requests
Visitors submit quote requests with project details, requirements, budget range, and timeline. Each request is assigned a unique reference number.
Quotes
Admin can create quotes in response to requests. Quotes include scope, terms, line items with pricing, and validity period. Quotes can be sent to the customer and tracked through acceptance.
