How are ads/listings published?
Admin Approval Not Required
When "Email Address Verification" or "Enable Phone Verification" options are enabled in Admin panel settings, users must verify their contact information. Ads appear in "Pending Approval" until verification is complete.
- Email verification only: ad publishes after email is verified
- Phone verification only: ad publishes after SMS code verification
- Both enabled: user must verify both email and phone number
- Neither enabled: ad goes public immediately after publication
Admin Approval Required
When the "Allow listings to be reviewed by Admins" option is enabled, ads remain pending even after user verification. Admin approval is required before publication.
Important Note: Users who purchase a promotion package bypass admin approval after payment, allowing their ads to go live immediately after the transaction completes. See the packages payment documentation for additional details.
